Job summary

CRH is seeking a Construction Operations Manager for the western Idaho Boise market. You will oversee field operations, manage superintendents, estimators, and project managers, and coordinate with asphalt/ready-mix plant leaders to ensure timely, safe project delivery.

You will report to the VP of construction and HMA, leading a team in a fast-paced environment with responsibility for scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance. A strong background in civil construction management is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years advanced civil construction management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering required.
• Experience in operations scheduling and supervision required.
• Knowledge of industry standards and plans/drawings.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise staff; drive performance and safety.
• Oversee daily construction operations, scheduling equipment and manpower.
• Coordinate with plant managers and transportation manager for projects.
• Manage superintendents, estimators, and project managers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets and schedules; report progress weekly.
