Job summary

HK Contractors, a CRH company, is seeking an Asphalt Manager to lead asphalt plant operations and paving crews within the assigned region. You will ensure safe, efficient, and cost‑effective production, manage schedules, and maintain quality control to meet project timelines and budgets.

Applicants should have 5+ years in asphalt operations and 2+ years of leadership, with strong knowledge of mix designs and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in asphalt plant operations, paving, or construction materials.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt production, mix designs, and paving practices.
• Familiarity with safety regulations (MSHA/OSHA) and environmental compliance.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of asphalt plant(s) and paving crews.
• Plan and execute production schedules to meet project timelines and customer demand.
• Monitor plant performance, equipment utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
