Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple types of asphalt and construction equipment (skid steers, rollers, tack trucks, pavers, screeds, milling machines).
• Perform daily equipment inspections and ensure safety readiness.
• Support paving and milling operations with proper material placement and alignment.
• Coordinate with foremen, laborers, and drivers to maintain safe, efficient operations.
• Report mechanical issues and safety concerns to supervision.
