Job summary

CLEAR Title & Appraisal, Co. in Allen, Texas is hiring an Escrow Assistant to support Escrow Officers and drive-file progression from contract to closing. You will open orders, gather payoffs and HOA/tax documents, prepare settlement statements, and keep lenders, agents, and clients informed at every step.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, attention to detail, and strong communication by phone and email. On-site, full-time position with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate experience preferred.
• ResWare, Qualia, or SoftPro experience is a plus.
• A sharp eye for detail and comfort with numbers.
• The ability to juggle multiple files and deadlines without dropping the ball.
• Friendly, clear communication by phone and email.

• Open and set up new files; receipt earnest money and option fees.
• Order and track payoffs, HOA documents, tax certificates, and surveys.

• Follow strict wire verification and data security procedures.
