Pay rate: $19/hr

Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p, 8:30a-5:30p or 9a-6p (TBD)

Responsibilities

• Provides support to Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings
• Assists in clearing title and prepares residential escrow files for closing
• Assists Escrow Offices with business development and customer service
• Prepares documents of all types of residential transactions, such as wraps, assignments, mobile homes, and works up simple closing statements
• May provide work direction to other escrow support staff

Education / Certification Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience Requirements

• 2+ years of Escrow experience
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Experience in handling complex residential transactions
