Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of aerospace MRO sales experience.
• Proven ability to develop multi-year territory plans.
• Experience selling to airlines and MRO facilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Pursue new customers and expand relationships with existing accounts.
• Create territory and segment plans based on market research.
• Prepare multi-year quotes, negotiate terms, and manage deals.
• Coordinate with MRO leadership and distribution teams to grow portfolio.
• Provide market feedback on pricing and product development.
• Support forecasting, budgets, and quarterly reporting.
• Represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
• Document interactions in CRM and collaboration tools.
• Manage travel under company guidelines.
