Loews Atlanta Hotel seeks a dedicated Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in Midtown. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure accuracy and presentation of meals and drinks. The role emphasizes attentive service, teamwork, and ongoing guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40-50 pounds as needed.
• Preferred: experience with POS systems.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations.
• Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar.
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.
• Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service.
• Address guest concerns professionally and elevate when needed.
