You will prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic options, greet guests, and collaborate with servers to ensure high-quality experiences. Prior food & beverage exposure and a passion for guest satisfaction are essential, with opportunities for growth and team incentives.

Qualifications

  • Previous food & beverage experience, bartending preferred
  • Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible service
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and guest preferences
  • Recommend cocktails, wine, or pairings based on guest interests
  • Ensure beverages meet quality and presentation standards
  • Greet guests warmly and provide personalized, attentive service
  • Take drink orders from guests and servers accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible service practices
  • Set up and break down the bar, ensuring supplies and garnishes are ready for service
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar, including glassware and surfaces
  • Attend to restocking and barback support during busy shifts
  • Coordinate with servers, barbacks, and culinary teams for smooth operations
  • Regular attendance and flexible scheduling per business needs
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions and meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Will Do

  • Track inventory levels and report shortages to leadership
  • Adhere to all state and local alcohol service regulations
  • Coordinate with servers, barbacks, and culinary teams for smooth operations
  • Assist with restocking and barback support during busy shifts
  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards
  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
  • Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Your Qualifications Include
Required
  • Previous food and beverage experience; bartending experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of cocktail techniques, beer and wine offerings, and responsible alcohol service
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout shift
Preferred
  • TIPS or similar alcohol-service certification
  • Hotel or upscale restaurant experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
