Job summary

Loews Atlanta Hotel seeks a Restaurant Server to provide exceptional table service, deliver food and beverages, and anticipate guest needs. You will help create a warm, memorable dining experience while supporting overall restaurant operations.

The role emphasizes menu knowledge, confident guest interactions, and teamwork to elevate guest satisfaction in a busy dining environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40–50 pounds as needed

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
• Process payments accurately using POS systems
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations
• Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties
• Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service
• Address guest concerns professionally and elevate when needed
