Job summary

Loews Atlanta Hotel is seeking a detail-driven Room Attendant to create spotless, welcoming spaces for guests. You will be the heartbeat of the guest experience, delivering efficient service with care to reflect Loews' commitment to comfort and quality.

You will clean guest rooms, replace linens, and report maintenance issues promptly while maintaining a professional appearance and a friendly demeanor. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred.
• Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews Hotels' standards.
• Replace linens, amenities, and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Organize cleaning carts and linen closets, ensuring supplies are stocked and used properly.
• Report lost items, suspicious behavior, and any irregularities to supervisors.
• Attend departmental meetings and assist in related areas when needed.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions that enhance satisfaction.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and departmental procedures for chemical use and emergency situations.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include
