Marci Hawkins American Family Insurance in Andover, MN is seeking a personable Customer Service Representative to service existing clients and help with policy changes. You will answer questions, handle inquiries, and assist with renewals in a friendly, professional environment that values relationships and service.

Ideal candidates have insurance licensing or are willing to obtain it, with a background in customer service, sales, or relationship-building.

Competenze

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred.
• Previous insurance agency or customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with personal lines insurance is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Unlicensed candidates with relevant customer service, sales, or administrative experience are encouraged to apply if willing to obtain the necessary insurance licensing.

Mansioni

• Provide friendly, professional, and responsive service to existing and prospective customers.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries regarding insurance policies and coverage.
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and general account maintenance.
• Review customer needs and identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage.
• Support inside sales efforts through cross-selling and upselling insurance products to existing clients.
• Assist with quoting, processing applications, and following up on new business opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and contribute to client satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation within agency management systems.
• Work collaboratively with the team to support daily agency operations and overall business goals.
