Ideal candidates have an insurance license or are willing to obtain one, with a background in customer service or sales.

Formación

• Active Property & Casualty license preferred; agency or customer service experience encouraged.
• Experience with personal lines insurance is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Unlicensed candidates with relevant customer service or sales experience are welcome if willing to obtain licensing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional, and responsive service to existing and prospective customers.
• Handle calls, emails, and inquiries regarding policies and coverage.
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and account maintenance.
• Review client needs and identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage.
• Support inside sales through cross-selling and upselling to existing clients.
• Assist with quoting, applications, and follow-ups on new business opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and contribute to retention.
• Maintain accurate customer information in agency management systems.
• Collaborate with the team to support daily agency operations.
