Job summary

Big O Tires is seeking Automotive Technicians to diagnose, repair, and service customer vehicles in a fast-paced shop in Missouri. The role emphasizes completing brake, front-end, and alignment work, with emphasis on accuracy and adherence to company programs and safety standards.

Candidates should have at least two years of lube/tire/service technician experience, a valid Missouri license, and the ability to learn technical materials.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Current Missouri-based Motor Vehicle Inspection License.
• Ability to learn and use technical materials and software.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end and alignment maintenance and other mechanical work according to policies.
• Diagnose and repair customer vehicles and ensure quality control of shop functions.
• Train and coach other employees as directed.
• Maintain orderly flow of customer service and productivity.
• Achieve service, sales and productivity goals.
• Ensure documentation for invoicing and core credits.
