Job summary

Big O Tires in Missouri seeks an automotive technician to diagnose, repair and perform brake/front-end/alignments in line with company policies. You will maintain quality control and contribute to efficient shop workflow. The role requires reliability, ability to learn, and strong customer communication.

Two years' experience and a Missouri inspection license are preferred; the company offers growth and safety training within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Current Missouri Motor Vehicle Inspection License.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain brake, front end and alignment work with quality control.
• Train and coach other employees as directed by store policies.
• Maintain orderly flow of customer service to ensure productivity.
• Ensure information for completed work is provided for invoicing.
• Attend store meetings to review safety, policies and product changes.
