Job summary

Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, journals, and procedures.
• Explain vehicle information to customers clearly and accurately.
• Diagnose and recommend solutions to automotive problems.
• Interpret, understand, and apply written or diagram instructions.
• Perform ASE-related services listed (A1–A8) as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide automotive systems diagnosis, repair, and maintenance safety.
• Follow safety policies, complete safety training, and report hazards.
• Initiate Service Work Orders and keep them visible on the vehicle during service.
• Complete MPI and support the 5-for-5 Customer Engagement Process.
• Obtain needed parts from Desk Team and return unused parts after service.
• Maintain productivity targets and uphold VIP quality standards.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
