Job summary

Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, journals, or procedures
• Explain vehicle information to customers clearly
• Diagnose automotive problems and recommend solutions
• Interpret and apply written or verbal instructions
• Maintain ASE certifications as required by the role

Responsibilities

• Prioritize workplace safety and follow all safety policies
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive systems per ASE certifications
• Initiate and display Service Work Order for each vehicle
• Complete MPI before service and support the 5-for-5 Customer Engagement
• Manage parts sourcing through Desk Team and return unused parts
• Road test vehicles after service to ensure proper operation
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with safety and loss prevention programs
• Participate in training and certification programs and attend meetings as needed
