Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking an ASE Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle systems in a fast-paced shop environment. You will work under the Service Manager to ensure quality repairs, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires adherence to VIP safety programs, proper documentation, and ongoing certification attainment. The technician performs diagnostics across engine, transmission, electrical, brakes and more, following VIP processes to deliver accurate, first-time fixes.

Qualifications

Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions and procedures.
Explain vehicle information clearly to customers and coworkers.
Diagnose and recommend automotive service solutions; perform repairs.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance on automotive systems as outlined by VIP safety policies.
Execute service work orders and ensure proper documentation and parts handling.
Maintain safe, clean, and organized work environment; follow 5-for-5 engagement processes.
Attend required LMS trainings and obtain ASE certifications for position.
Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations and VIP procedures.
