Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Ability to learn concepts and use technical materials.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end and alignment maintenance and other mechanical work.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring quality control.
• Train and coach other employees per company policies.
• Maintain workflow to ensure productivity and timely service.
• Ensure proper information is passed for invoicing and use outside purchase programs.
• Attend store meetings and meet service, sales and productivity goals.
