Qualifications

• Must be ASE A1-A8 certified and hold MO vehicle inspection license.
• Experience in lube/tire/service technician roles preferred.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front-end and alignment maintenance and other mechanical work per procedures.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles and conduct quality control of shop functions.
• Train and coach other employees as directed.
• Maintain orderly flow of customer service and drive productivity.
• Extend Big O's Extra Care Services to customers.
• Attend weekly meetings to review safety, policies and product changes.
• Work with management to meet budgeted service quotas.
• Provide complete information for invoicing, using the outside purchase program when needed.
• Ensure consistent vehicle inspection program execution.
• Strive to meet service, sales and productivity goals.
• Assist in organizing, documenting and processing adjustments and credits.
• Adhere to all MFA Oil policies; perform other duties as assigned.
