Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company, owner of the Big O Tires franchise in Missouri, seeks an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair and service vehicles following company policies. You will perform brake, alignment and mechanical work, advise customers, and help maintain safety and productivity in a fast-paced shop.

Required are two years of lube/tire/service experience, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to learn and apply ASE standards. Missouri license requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Must have ASE certifications or be willing to obtain them.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings and possess a valid driver's license.
• Experience in lube/tire/service work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end and alignment maintenance and related mechanical work.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles; ensure quality control of shop functions.
• Train and coach other employees per company policies.
• Maintain workflow and productivity; ensure accurate invoicing data.
• Attend weekly store meetings and support budgeted quotas.
• Utilize outside purchase programs for profitability; complete required training.
• Ensure vehicle inspection program execution and safety compliance.
