Job summary

Inpro is seeking a highly organized Ascend Project Coordinator to manage projects from award through completion. You’ll coordinate between customers, Sales, Product Management, and internal support teams to keep orders, documentation, and schedules moving forward.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong project-management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to ensure on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong project-management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM workflows and order tracking.
• Experience with Macola and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales reps and customers to gather project details and requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date project trackers and communicate milestones.
• Ensure orders are complete and entered accurately.
• Manage post-award activities: submissions, bids, shipments, change orders, and closeout docs.
• Support S&OP meetings and training for sales team.
