Job summary

Surgical Information Systems is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager for a remote role. You will lead a team delivering end-to-end revenue cycle services, driving performance, and ensuring high-quality client outcomes for ambulatory and hospital clients.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, and reporting across multiple clients, with focus on timely closes, AR management, and continuous improvement while maintaining compliance and strong communication with leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience leading a revenue cycle team.
• Experience in ambulatory surgery center or hospital billing environments preferred.
• Strong forecasting, staffing, and workload balancing skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads a revenue cycle team and manages client relationships with accountability.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling, workload distribution, and coaching needs.
• Delivers regular client reports, insights, and improvement recommendations.
• Drives KPI reporting, budgeting, and process improvements to meet targets.
• Ensures compliance with policies, employment laws, and escalation handling.
