Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience overseeing a revenue cycle team.
• Experience with ambulatory surgery center or hospital billing.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a revenue cycle team and manage client relationships for strong performance.
• Provide coaching, regular reviews, and development plans.
• Oversee posting and billing operations, including month-end activities.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements to meet client goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
