Job summary

Clearway is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide direct patient care in office and ASC settings. Responsibilities include EMR data entry, medical records requests, vital signs, and facilitating patient flow. Emphasis on patient satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires HIPAA compliance, effective communication, and ability to support nursing staff across pre-op and post-procedure activities. Training and certification updates are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; customer service oriented.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient intake and provider orders into the EMR.
• Assist in pre-op, recovery and discharge processes.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Accurately complete paperwork and maintain patient records.
• Support patient flow and office procedures to ensure smooth scheduling.
