Job summary

Clearway Pain Solutions seeks a Medical Assistant to provide direct patient care, enter intake and provider orders into the EMR, and support patient flow. You will collect vitals, document medical history, and assist with patient education while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

The role requires strong teamwork, multitasking, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced clinical setting. A flexible schedule and professional demeanor are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Internet and Microsoft Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including exceptional customer service.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with doctors, staff and public.
• Flexible schedule; ability to multitask and prioritize; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient intake and provider orders into the EMR system.
• Request and track medical records as directed by providers.
• Record vital signs and medical history; collect patient information.
• Assist with patient forms and education; dispense educational materials.
• Maintain clean, functional examination rooms and supplies.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times.
