Job summary

Clearway Pain Solutions is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide direct patient care in office and ASC settings. Responsibilities include entering patient intake and orders into the EMR, requesting medical records, recording vital signs, and assisting with pre-op and recovery procedures.

The role requires attention to HIPAA, patient safety, and accurate documentation, with duties spanning room setup, instrument handling, and coordination of patient flow.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with MS Office and EMR systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient intake and provider orders into the EMR and request medical records.
• Assist in pre-op, recovery, and transport to discharge.
• Maintain infection control, HIPAA compliance, and patient safety standards.
• Support nursing staff with vital signs, histories, and documentation.
• Ensure patient flow and accurate scheduling and charting.
