Job summary

Philips is seeking an ASC Account Manager for Mobile Surgery Solutions in Southern California. You will be the primary contact for decision makers in ambulatory surgery centers, focusing on C-Arm sales, service, and new opportunities across ASC and outpatient environments.

As part of a field-based team, you will collaborate with district leaders and other specialists to plan territory growth, address install bases, and close deals while traveling up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Capital Equipment sales experience selling directly into ASC, OR, Radiology or related procedural environments.
• Demonstrated Solution Selling and complex team selling.
• BS/BA Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within territory.
• Must reside within Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Mobile Surgery District Sales Leaders, Key Account Managers, Inside Sales, Demo Specialists and Clinical Applications Specialists.
• Develop territory growth plans and translate into clear objectives to achieve sales targets.
• Document territory install base and plan outreach to ASC accounts, including competitive targets.
• Drive the sales process by uncovering customer events, engaging stakeholders, and executing C-Arm demos.
• Build and maintain relationships to deliver customer-centric solutions.
