Cribl, a B2B SAAS data observability pioneer, seeks a Technical Revenue Manager to lead ASC 606 policy design and technical accounting write-ups for new offerings. You’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, Legal, and Deal Desk to ensure compliant revenue recognition.

Your role involves researching complex transactions, evaluating revenue models, and driving automation to improve accounting efficiency across a remote-first, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA license.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with 2+ years in Technical Revenue.
• ASC 606 expertise for multi-element, consumption-based and hybrid arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Document revenue accounting policies and position papers for new offerings.
• Write technical revenue position papers explaining accounting conclusions.
• Assess new commercial structures and billing models for ASC 606 compliance.
• Lead cross-functional projects to scale revenue processes and policy automation.
• Act as primary contact for auditors and maintain SOX controls.
• Support month-end and quarterly close and revenue flux analysis.
• Handle ad hoc technical accounting requests including M&A work.
