Cribl, a leading B2B SAAS data observability software company, is seeking a Technical Revenue Manager to act as ASC 606 SME and author revenue policies for new offerings. You will work across Product Management, Sales, Legal, and Deal Desk to ensure compliant, scalable revenue recognition.

You will influence cross-functional teams, prepare technical papers, and support SOX controls. A CPA and NetSuite/Salesforce experience are highly valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Active CPA license is required.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with at least 2+ years in Technical Revenue.
• Deep ASC 606 expertise for multi-element arrangements.
• Experience with revenue controls and SOX environment.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Author revenue recognition policies and position papers for new offerings under ASC 606.
• Research and write technical revenue position papers on complex transactions.
• Evaluate commercial structures and deployment models for proper POBs under ASC 606.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale revenue processes and drive automation.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors and SOX controls.
• Support month-end close, revenue reporting, and flux analysis.
