Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of document control in AS9100/ISO 9001 aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Maintain control of customer drawings, specs, standards and quality records per AS9100.
• Perform configuration control to ensure current revisions are accessible for production.
• Archive obsolete records and maintain revision history logs.
• Review manufacturing orders for BOMs and material requirements.
• Cross-reference revisions with POs and latest updates for 100% accuracy.
• Identify mismatches or ECNs before production release.
• Manage and activate job travelers in the ERP system.
• Deliver traveler packets to production and brief shop leads.
• Monitor usage of released documentation on the shop floor.
• Comply with Aero-Plastics QMS and maintain safe working conditions.
