Job summary

Astronics Corporation, via the AES Cabin Power Electronics Team in Kirkland, WA, is seeking a Data Management Coordinator to develop, implement, and maintain data management and document control systems in a highly regulated aerospace environment.

You will ensure accurate, compliant flow of technical data, support submissions, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and program management to meet schedules and contractual formats.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data management, document control, or records management.
• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
• Exposure to controlled document environments and data tracking is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain document control systems and workflows for program execution.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of documents prior to processing or submittal.
• Track, process, and manage notices of change (NOCs) and data submissions; maintain dashboards and logs.
• Support coordination with engineering, quality, and program management to meet contractual schedules.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes related to document control and data submissions.
