Job summary

Astronics Advanced Electronic Systems (AES) – Cabin Power Electronics Team in Kirkland, WA is hiring a Data Management Coordinator to develop, implement, and maintain data management and document control systems within a highly regulated aerospace environment. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely flow of technical data and controlled records across internal departments and external customers.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in data management, document control, or records management (aerospace/defense/government contracting preferred).
• Associate's degree in a related field OR equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining document control systems and workflows to support program execution and quality standards.
• Track, process, and manage Notices of Change (NOCs), SDRLs, and other data submittals; maintain logs and dashboards.
• Support coordination with engineering, quality, and program management to ensure timely and compliant data submissions.
• Monitor submission deadlines and escalate at-risk deliverables to leadership.
• Maintain organized records of data submittal transactions for audits and contracts.
