Job summary

Laurel Lakes Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Chambersburg, PA seeks an As Needed Receptionist for evening shifts (4pm-8pm) with rotating weekends. This per diem role involves greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and performing clerical tasks to keep the front desk running smoothly.

You will work on-site, with a background check and pre-employment screening required. The team values service, honesty, accountability, respect, and excellence as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to type and use general office equipment; proper telephone etiquette.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be knowledgeable of computer systems and applications.
• Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
• Answers multi line phone.
• Monitors entrances and fire alarms.
• Performs clerical tasks.
• Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges.
• Maintain a safe and clean reception area.

Laurel Lakes Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is a 186 bed skilled nursing facility. We are seeking a Receptionist to work As Needed Evenings (4pm-8pm) & Rotating Weekends (8am-4pm) or (4pm-8pm).

Requirements of the Receptionist:

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED
