Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customized orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring logo specifications, artwork, pricing, and product availability are accurate.

You will liaise between customers, sales reps, graphic designers, vendors, and internal operations to approve artwork, monitor progress, and meet deadlines, including urgent requests, while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. This temporary onsite role pays $24 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience with focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage customized orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring logo specs, artwork, pricing, and availability are accurate.
• Coordinate artwork approvals and monitor order progress with customers, sales reps, designers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Support process improvements and maintain logo/artwork records; assist in training new team members.
