Job summary

You will liaise with customers, sales reps, designers, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate artwork approvals, track progress, and meet deadlines, including urgent requests.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professionals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customized orders from entry through fulfillment with logo and pricing accuracy.
