• 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional interaction with customers, sales reps, and internal stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage customized orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy in logo specs, artwork, pricing, and product availability.
• Serve as liaison between customers, sales reps, graphic designers, vendors, and internal ops teams to coordinate artwork approvals and monitor order progress.
• Meet customer deadlines, including urgent requests, while maintaining high accuracy.
• Identify process improvements and maintain detailed logo/artwork records; support training of new team members.
