You will coordinate with sales, graphic designers, vendors, and internal operations to approve artwork, monitor progress, and meet deadlines, including urgent requests. This onsite role pays $24 per hour and requires strong attention to detail and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to accuracy and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage customized orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy in logo specifications and pricing.
• Coordinate artwork approvals and monitor order progress with internal teams.
• Meet customer deadlines, including urgent requests, and maintain logs for logos and artwork.
• Communicate effectively with customers, sales reps, graphic designers, vendors, and operations.
• Identify process improvements and support training of new team members.
