Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service experience and strong communication, with proficiency in MS Office.

Job Description

What You Will Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customized orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy in logo specifications, artwork, pricing, and product availability. You will serve as a key liaison between customers, sales representatives, graphic designers, vendors, and internal operations teams to coordinate artwork approvals, monitor order progress, and meet customer deadlines, including urgent requests. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. In addition, you will help drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, maintaining detailed logo and artwork records, recognizing trends or unusual activity, and supporting the training and development of new team members.

Please note this is a temporary opportunity and is onsite three days per week.

Pay Rate is $24 per hour.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to accuracy and service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the consumer goods, apparel, or promotional products industry.

• Knowledge of apparel embellishment, embroidery, or logo application processes.

• Order entry or order management experience within a customer service or sales support environment.

• Passion for golf and familiarity with golf products and the golf industry is a plus.
