Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customized orders from entry to fulfillment and ensure logo specifications and pricing accuracy. You will coordinate artwork approvals and liaise with customers, sales reps, designers, vendors, and internal teams to meet deadlines, including urgent requests.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service experience and strong communication, with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage customized orders from entry through fulfillment with logo specifications and pricing accuracy.
• Serve as liaison between customers, sales reps, designers, vendors and internal teams.
• Coordinate artwork approvals, monitor order progress and meet deadlines, including urgent requests.
• Identify process improvements and maintain logo/artwork records.
• Support training and development of new team members.
