Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training.
• Four (4) years of administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate academic scheduling activities, including enrollment projections and classroom utilization.
• Facilitate and process temporary faculty appointments, monitor workload and personnel costs.
• Analyze and report enrollment, financial, operational, and personnel data to support college leadership decisions.
• Provide work lead direction to scheduling staff, including training and performance management.
• Promote effective use of instructional and administrative technology to improve scheduling and workflows.
