Job summary

Seattle Pacific University seeks an organized Art & Music Program Facilitator to coordinate day-to-day operations of our Art and Music programs. You will connect students, faculty, and campus partners, handling scheduling, purchasing, scholarships, and records.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and academic technology systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and provide direction to student employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for the Art and Music programs; serve as a resource for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
• Support course scheduling, enrollment processes, catalog updates, syllabi collection, and classroom supply needs.
• Assist with scholarship processes and monitor scholarship requirements; process purchasing, invoices, reimbursements, travel, and other transactions; maintain records and online resources.
• Coordinate classrooms, studios, equipment, and events; manage program technology and inventories; support alumni engagement and outreach.
