Job summary

Seattle Pacific University is seeking an organized Program Coordinator for the Falcon Advantage to oversee course materials logistics on campus in Seattle, WA. You will manage adoptions, procurement, inventory, billing processes, and vendor relationships to ensure timely access for students each term.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to balance multiple deadlines in a university setting, with an on-campus schedule and occasional weekend event coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field or experience.
• Strong customer service and inventory management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics of the Falcon Advantage course materials program.
• Communicate quarterly course material adoption deadlines to faculty.
• Support late adoptions, changes, and time-sensitive material needs.
• Coordinate delivery of physical and digital materials to ensure access by day one.
• Manage returns, uncollected materials, and refund processes with vendors.
• Coordinate purchasing with publishers and vendors; monitor timelines and inventory.
• Maintain records of materials and inventory; build relationships with publishers and partners.
• Assist with SPU Store operations during slower periods and major events.
