Job summary

Seattle Pacific University seeks a Program Coordinator for the Falcon Advantage course materials program. Based on campus in Seattle, WA, you will oversee logistics, procurement, inventory, billing, and vendor relationships to ensure accurate, timely delivery of course materials for students and faculty.

You will serve as the primary contact for faculty, students, and publishing partners, supporting adoptions, communications, and program operations within a Christ-centered university setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in inventory management, customer service, operations, or retail.
• Demonstrated experience with customer service and inventory management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics of the Falcon Advantage course materials program.
• Communicate adoption deadlines to faculty.
• Manage deliveries, returns, and refunds with vendors.
• Monitor purchases, inventory, and vendor performance.
• Provide faculty and student support on Falcon Advantage processes.
