Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in higher education or academic arts settings.
• Familiarity with theatre, concert hall, and gallery operations.
• Knowledge of front-of-house management, ticketing systems, and venue scheduling software.
• Supervisory experience of both teams and individuals.
• Understanding of production processes in theatre, dance, music, and visual arts.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of events across SOTA venues.
• Coordinate with program heads, directors, faculty and staff.
• Oversee budgeting, compliance and purchasing processes.
• Supervise Front of House Coordinator and related roles.
