Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, theater arts, or related field is required.
• One year of directly related experience is required, preferably in event planning or guest services.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct back-of-house hospitality operations for Center events.
• Provide high-level performer experience with exceptional artist hospitality.
• Coordinate event management activities ensuring flawless delivery of services.
• Recruit, train, and manage the back-of-house workforce for the Center.
• Complete special assignments and advocate for the Center's efficient operation.
