Job summary

Dessert Holdings in Aurora, CO is seeking a Production Mixer for 1st shift (3:00 PM – 3:00 AM) to help craft the world’s best desserts.

You will follow approved formulas, document batch tickets, monitor material temperatures, ensure clean equipment, and uphold safety and SQF/HACCP standards.

The role requires at least 6 months of experience in food manufacturing (bakery experience preferred), good English communication, reading skills, and the ability to work varied hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Food Manufacturing environment; bakery experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to communicate in English and write correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Accumulate all pre-approved ingredients from production bins.
• Document material used on each mix with total for the shift.
• Record batch tickets, lot codes, batch tickets and waste logs.
• Ensure materials on the floor are stored per formula and build sheets.
• Monitor temperature of materials as required.
• Maintain housekeeping in the mixing area and dispose of materials properly.
