Responsibilities

• Accumulate all pre-approved ingredients from production bins.

• Clearly and accurately document material used on each mix with total for the shift.
• Record batch tickets, lot codes, and waste logs accurately.
• Ensure materials are stored properly per formula and build sheets.
• Monitor material temperatures as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize utensils, tables, and floor.
• Report any quality problems with ingredients or finished mixes.
• Follow safety procedures when turning on mixer equipment.
• Comply with SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices.
