Job summary

Dessert Holdings is hiring a Production Mixer for our Aurora, CO location on the 1st shift (3:00 PM – 3:00 AM). You will help prepare ingredients, document batch details, monitor temperatures, and ensure sanitary, compliant mixing processes for high-quality desserts.

The role requires at least 6 months in a food manufacturing setting (bakery experience preferred). Strong attention to detail, ability to follow formulas, and good communication in English are essential for success on this team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food manufacturing environment (bakery experience preferred).
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to communicate in English and write correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Accumulate all pre-approved ingredients from production bins.
• Document material usage on each mix with total for the shift.
• Record batch tickets, lot codes, and waste logs.
• Ensure materials are stored per formula and build sheets and monitor temperatures.
• Maintain sanitary conditions in the mixing area and proper disposal of materials.
