Dessert Holdings in Aurora, CO is seeking an Operator I to oversee the safe operation of baking machinery and deliver consistent product quality in line with company formulas. You will follow SQF, HACCP and GMP, maintain line readiness, coordinate with Production Leads on product flow, and participate in training to grow within a fast-paced dessert manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain supplies to prevent line shutdowns.
• Follow GMP, HACCP and SQF policies and procedures.
• Read formulas, temperatures and timings accurately.
• Coordinate with leads on product flow.
• Demonstrate attention to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing, baking and decorating machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain prescribed production supplies to avoid line downtime.
• Follow GMP policies and procedures as part of daily tasks.
• Monitor product formulas, temps and times per BOM.
• Support production lead with product flow and scheduling.
