Responsibilities include decorating, following recipes, coordinating with team members, and maintaining a clean, safe bakery environment. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Efficient cake and pastry decorating skills with intermediate piping techniques.
• Understand color theory for buttercream colors and palettes.
• Follow recipes and procedures with good time management.
• Strong safety and equipment handling awareness.
• Clear communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fill, and finish/decorate cakes, tarts, and specialty items.
• Build and decorate cakes following standard procedures for demand.
• Prioritize production lists and adjust as needed.
• Merchandise products in the display case and monitor freshness.
• Provide guidance to Apprentices and team members.
• Create special order cake designs per customer preferences.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery.
